Sales is the ZI Company’s core department, the quality of the sales department directly affect the company’s performance.Therefore, how to improve sales efficiency and coordinate the relations with other departments became the managers think the focus. So, the managers decided to use the Six Sigma tools to optimize the existing management processes, the sales department has effective management processes to ensure that employees can smooth and efficient completion of work.This text used the Six Sigma tools to evaluate, analyze, and make reasonable suggestions and then implement and continue to optimize the management processes of the sales department.Study in this text accordance with the strategic of the DMAIC Six Sigma optimization, definition, evaluation, analysis, optimization and control of these five stages. First, the definition phase:Develop Project Charter, the use of the framework plan detailed description of the department framework, management processes, start-up the project meeting, SIPOC high-level flow chart analysis come to the project key factor; Second, the assessment phase:date collection, assessment of management processes to achieve business objectives; Third, the analysis phase:Using the sales management flowchart, fishbone diagrams, chats and other tools to analyze date, identify the root causes of waste of resources in the existing management processes; Forth, the optimization phase:Making reasonable suggestions or optimization programs for management optimization, implementation of the program; Fifth, the control phase: optimization of management processes into standard operating procedures and training, inspecting process performance, to develop plans to respond to variation and continuous optimization.Study always been to Six Sigma quality management system as the theoretical basis, through a series of date analysis, layer analysis of the problems in the management process of the sales, gradually conclusion was obtained, make the management process optimization program, ultimately implementation of this program, the final plan is feasible.Through this research, the corporate sales department management process analysis, optimization and implementation of the conclusions as a guide to enhance the work efficiency of the sales department in order to stimulate performance improvement. Sales department management process optimization can the ZI company overall process optimization reference value, similar enterprises in the management process optimization to provide a reference case, and provide a representative case for the Six Sigma process optimization.
