A few years ago, there was a serious phenomenon among the carting industry ofShenyang that it is hard for the employers to find the employees, which gave the growthof the carting industry and the living standard of the residents in Shenyang a seriousinfluence. Basing on this phenomenon, I want to find the reason of this phenomenon bymaking an acquaintance of the employees’ inward world deeply to better thephenomenon. So I talk with many employees in carting industry many times and mastertheir altitude towards their enterprise that “this is not my enterprise”,”I have no sense ofbelonging here”,”I am not belong here”, these words prove that their standard ofPsychological ownership is very low. And when it comes to de cause, they usually say“they have no right of words”,“the organization do not accept my sense of worth”, thisreflect that they have a low-standard POS. Based on the deeply talking, I assume that thePOS influence the Psychological ownership to some degree.Based on the assumption, this paper studies the relationship between the POS andPsychological ownership by deeply-talking, paper-studying, questionnaire survey anddata analysis synthetically to check the assumption above. And then further study theintensity of the influence on the Psychological ownership from the three aspects ofPOS to help the managers to understand the inward world of the employees and descendthe separation rate.This paper can be divided into five parts as follows:Chapter1:Describes the backgrounds and analysis the theoretical significance andpractical value briefly.Chapter2:The related theories about the POS and Psychological Ownership,andthen describe their concepts, related theories and Method of measurement.Chapter3: Mainly research variables of this paper has carried on the clear definition,and explains the research methods, based on the front of the first part of the selected topicbackground, research significance and puts forward the specific research hypotheses, andthrough the graph showing the relationship between variables related to this study.Chapter4: Through questionnaires to more mature at home and abroad in this paper, the research variables were investigated, and through the SPSS data analysis software tothe results of the questionnaire reliability validity test, and has carried on the descriptivestatistics on the basis of this analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis andregression analysis, in order to test the research hypotheses of this study is established.Chapter5: Summarizes the research conclusion of this article, according to researchconclusions, and proposed the concrete current situation of enterprise managementadvice. At the same time analyzed the limitations of this study and for the future aboutperceived organizational support and psychological ownership of related research.Through empirical research and related data analysis, this paper the followingconclusions:Firstly, Shenyang carting industry employees’ perceived organizational support andpsychological ownership level is low. In three dimensions of perceived organizationalsupport, the lowest levels of value identity, it also broke the previous managers think thatas long as give employees good support can meet the employees’ ideas, it also remindmanagers in the management process to pay attention to the value of employees andidentity.Secondly, Demographic variables for the perceived organizational support andpsychological ownership has a certain influence. Through the study of this article we cansee that working age, education level and variable for the employee’s perceivedorganizational support and psychological ownership can produce certain effect. Such asthe higher education level, employees feel the lower the value of identity. By studyingthese variables for the influence of perceived organizational support and psychologicalownership, for managers in practice with differentiated management provides atheoretical basis.Thirdly, Perceived organizational support and its three dimensions and significantlycorrelation between psychological ownership. Through data analysis, this study can beseen that three dimension of perceived organizational support and psychologicalownership significantly positive correlation between.Fourthly, Dimensions perceived organizational support for the predictive power ofdifferent psychological ownership. Through data analysis, obtained in this study, perceived organizational support of three dimensions can have a certain prediction effectof psychological ownership, but the predictive power is different.In this paper, although the relationship between perceived organizational supportand psychological ownership on the research of has obtained certain achievements, butbecause of personal ability and the limitation of manpower and financial resources, etc,also has certain insufficiency, subject to the further research in the future.
