Research and investigation related to employee performance is a very important part of organization and management, work and dedication is the performance of employee relations and employee part that is close to the personality traits and mental activity, in the study of the effect factors of employees work dedication, leading members exchange has received extensive attention of scholars and many scholars through the introduction of mediation variables, adjust to analyze the internal mechanism of leading members exchange affect employees work dedication, relevant views are also many things. Some scholars put forward for leadership staff exchange, and an examination of the relationship between staff work dedication, need to put the study emphasis on employee psychological mechanism were discussed. So this article from the Angle of view of the employee's self-identity and internalization, the introduction of the ownership of the in the mind as a intervening variable, to analyze and study its leading members to exchange and the impact of employees work dedication.In this paper, through reviewing lots of literature at home and abroad, in the after exploring on the level of employee psychological mechanism, puts forward leading members exchange, the in the mind of the relation between ownership and work dedication theoretical framework. Based on the relevant scale of maturity, and a questionnaire, recycling have been the effective sample for 232. This article SPSS19.0 is adopted to improve the reliability and validity of testing as well as the relationship between the variables. Come to a conclusion as follows: first, leading members exchange positively related with employees work dedication; Second, the psychological ownership positively related work and dedication; Three leading members, psychological ownership in exchange plays a role of intermediary variable between work and dedication.In this paper, the research conclusion of the actual management for the enterprise provides a certain theoretical significance, through strengthening employee to enterprise's identity, to strengthen the psychological ownership, improve the level of leading members of the exchange, so as to improve enterprise employee relations performance effect.
