Employee psychological ownership toward organization is an attitude that the employee feels the organization that he/she works for, or part of the organization is his/hers.This research discussed the structure of psychological ownership toward organization for employees in China, using positive method of psychology. Especially, based on literature studying, we collected scale items by interview and open-questionnaires, which formed the initial scale. We revised the scale through pretest and item analysis, and finally got the formal scale. After giving out more than 600 questionnaires, we got a four-factor structure of psychological ownership toward organization by exploratory factor analysis and we tested the structure by confirmative factor analysis. We also discussed the relationship between psychological ownership toward organization and organizational commitment, work involvement, and organizational citizen behavior. At last, the influence of demographics was tested on the four factors. The results are as follows:(1) Psychological ownership toward organization for employees in China is made up of four factors: the right of information, the right of participating in management, the right of profit and the right of being cared for;(2) Psychological ownership toward organization has a positive influence on organizational commitment, work involvement and organizational citizen behavior;(3) Organizational commitment has partial mediate effect on psychological ownership toward organization and organizational citizen behavior/work involvement;(4) There are significant differences on the four factors of psychological ownership toward organization among areas, education, marriage factor, working years, working types, company types and employing types.
