Statistical Analysis And Comprehensive Evaluation To The Development Level Of People’s Livelihood In Liaoning Province

The old topic of people’s wellbeing is the one of the concerns of people at present,which is closely related with the life and benefits of the masses common people. First ofall, people’s wellbeing is an economic issue. All kinds of problems related to people’swellbeing come up along with the economic development, people’s wellbeing, in turn,influence the economic development. Besides, people’s wellbeing is also a political issue,which is the reflection of whether the leadership system and policy of the Party is corrector not. The Communist Party and the government of China has been paying closeattention to people’s wellbeing. Since the protection and improvement of people’swellbeing was written into the Seventh Congress report, the government at all levels paidunprecedented attention to the construction of people’s wellbeing. During the11thfive-year plan, to improve the development level of people’s wellbeing become the primesymbol of the revitalization of the old industrial base. Government at all levels ofLiaoning province, carrying out the central policies and regulations and combining thereality of itself, has took series of policy measurements and carried out many majorproject for people’s wellbeing, which indeed brought constantly improvement to thedevelopment level of people’s wellbeing in Liaoning province and makes people sharemore development fruits and receive more benefits.Based on the above background, the article will conduct a deep analysis of people’swellbeing both home and abroad by referring to the previous research, and establish apeople’s wellbeing index evaluation system on the basis of the concept of people’swellbeing by utilizing molecular analysis of people’s wellbeing condition in Liaoningprovince. The first part of this article will discuss the significance of selecting this topic,as well as the research idea and goals. The second part is mainly the connotation ofpeople’s wellbeing, which will be discussed in five hot social topic of education,employment, income, heath care, social protection system. As for the selection of index,it will integrate the reality of Liaoning province and select the index with thecharacteristic with people’s wellbeing to establish the Liaoning’s people’s wellbeingindex system. The evaluation of Liaoning people’s wellbeing will be conducted in twoaspects. One is the comparison between Liaoning and other30cities of china in the development system of the whole country. The other is the comparison of the14cities ofLiaoning province. From the comparison, the gap will be found and the reason ofdifference will be analyzed. By using the factor analysis of principle component,calculating of factor loading matrix to find the factor score function through theregression method, the comprehensive sore will be calculated. From the comprehensivescore, it can analyze and evaluate the people’s wellbeing development conditions to findsome weakness, and provide corresponding suggestions.
