Under the background of network development and economic globalization, the core competitive ability was based on the integration of unique scarce internal resources. This competitive ability was formed and developed through the human resources integration. Compensation management is an effective method that can inspire the staff to work hard to support the core competitive ability formation. The equitable compensation management which matches with the enterprise development strategy and the personal value has important practical significance to the enterprise sustainable development. There are still lots of domestic large-scale enterprises that do not recognition the problems within the compensation management from the enterprise strategy perspective which leading to the unobvious incentive effect on all levels of the enterprise’s staff. These have seriously restricted the potential competitive advantage formation, and also brought severe challenge to the enterprise sustainable development.This paper best analyses the problem of compensation management in SYLG enterprise. This enterprise product the aluminum curtain wall windows and doors profiles and related products which has been a large private enterprise. The compensation that designed many years age does not fit for the core competitive advantage sustainable development after the financial crisis in2008. This paper analyses the problems within the compensation management in SYLG enterprise based on the basic compensation management theory and compensation incentive theory, then gives out the basic principle and suggestions to the compensation management structure design...
