Performance is an important tool to improve enterprise performance and employee performance, in the enterprise development in the increasingly important role, effective performance appraisal system can improve the performance of employees, human resources management for the enterprise decision-making such as employee rank position adjustment, promotion, salary adjustment, reward and punishment, training and provide a basis, to guarantee enterprise employees in a fair competition and active working atmosphere, thereby improving the production efficiency, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. As concerns the vital interests of the staff management, performance evaluation has its complexity and sensitivity, therefore, how to develop a scientific enterprise staff performance appraisal system, and effective use, incentive employee and the ultimate realization of the strategic goal of the enterprise, it has become the core of enterprise development important question.In this paper the basic theory of performance evaluation from the perspective, referring to the domestic and foreign literature, launched on the enterprise performance evaluation research. On this foundation, through to the A corporation performance appraisal of diagnostic analysis, comprehensive management by objectives, key performance index, balanced scorecard performance evaluation ideology and method, combined with the strategic goal of the enterprise, the enterprise strategic target layer decomposition is converted to a variety of specific mutual balance of performance appraisal index system, and these indexes the actual situation of different time evaluation, put forward a set of enterprise employee performance appraisal system model for the enterprise strategic target, finish build reliable execution basis.In this paper the basic theory of performance evaluation from the perspective, referring to the domestic and foreign literature, launched on the enterprise performance evaluation research.
