Facing the external environment in recent years, the real estate business isbecoming more and more serious, how to build the core competitiveness ofenterprises, improve enterprise performance, in order to achieve marketbreakthrough, become a major issue facing the real estate enterprises. Xiangyinreal estate Limited by Share Ltd since its establishment in1998, has been incontinuous development and expansion, the enterprise is in a period of rapiddevelopment, the company projects and the number of employees have reacheda large scale. Like other real estate enterprises, Xiangyin real estate Limited byShare Ltd original development mainly focus on the project, while ignoring theimportance of the human resource of the plate, with the expansion of companysize, business difficulties, project management is not in place, lack of staff’senthusiasm in work and so on many problems gradually show, the originalperformance appraisal system is no longer for the further development of thecompany. Based on the current and long-term development strategy, establish aset of suitable development of the company’s staff performance appraisal systemimminent.The first chapter states the research background, purpose, significance andthe methods of research, the domestic&foreign research level; the secondchapter reviews the theory of performance appraisal research results; the thirdchapter based on the analysis of the Xiangyin real estate Limited by Share Ltd current human resource situation, points out the existing problems of thecompany performance appraisal, it is necessary to have optimization of theperformance appraisal system; the fourth chapter is to optimize the design of afull range of the company’s performance appraisal system; the fifth chaptermainly gives a brief comment on Optimization Design of the performanceappraisal system, the optimization of performance appraisal system; the last partof the thesis is the conclusion and prospect, research process and research resultsbriefly summarize the paper, and points out the limitations and follow-upresearch directions.In the course of the study, the author fully analyze the matching degree andcompanies of various assessment methods, finally put forward to the360degreeperformance appraisal method as the foundation, the optimization ofperformance appraisal system for a post the table. After optimization design, thecurrent performance appraisal system in response to the good in theimplementation process, preliminary results show this is a set of scientific andreasonable performance appraisal program, in accordance with companydemand.In general, the performance appraisal system is a complex systemengineering, Chinese enterprises in this sector are still in the exploring stage.Optimization of the performance evaluation system of Limited by Share LtdXiangyin real estate articles, to a certain extent the performance appraisal theoryresearch, but also provide an effective reference for the reform of system of enterprise performance.
