Since the agricultural Bank of China listed stock successfully after shareholding reforms, build their own management system has to be focused on the construction of internal control and internal management of ABC at the present stage. From the head office to second-level branches and primary branches, performance management system is regarded as the focus of its work on sustainable development. If there is no suitable, standardized performance management system for itself, ABC will lack of chips to compete with other commercial banks. Eventually, ABC will be eliminated among the increasingly competitive.In this paper, a capital city of the most active areas of economic activity on the second XF branch of ABC for financial services institutions for the study object and performance management system against which the current problems existing in carrying out the study and problems in its design suitable for XF branch of ABC’s new employee performance management system.This paper includes five parts. First part is the overview of development background and performance management system in process and present situation. Part II is the meaning, process and factors of performance management also explains and compare the advantages and disadvantages in several methods of performance management. Furthermore, summarize the development of bank performance appraisal. Part III is an analysis of the current situation and problems of employee performance management system and carding the current problems existing in current employee performance management system, in addition, states the necessity of establish new employee performance evaluation system. Part IV on the redesign and improvement of employee performance appraisal system, through the analysis of the appraisal object and new evaluation method of design and the determination of assessment indicators, resulting in employee performance management system of the agricultural Bank of China branch in XF. Part v is the summary of the XF branch of agricultural Bank’s performance management system and some relevant suggestions.This paper focuses on XF branch of agricultural Bank, through the method of theory combining with practice come up with its scientific performance management system. Wish to improve the performance management of XF branch and improve their competitiveness. Furthermore, put forward some scientific theories of performance management to the agriculture bank of China even put forward some advantages suggestions to the commercial banking.
