Performance appraisal occupies a central position in corporate management and plays a vital role in achieving corporate strategic goals and business development.Especially for commercial banks,the effect of performance appraisal incentives is more direct.This article first briefly introduces several performance management tools commonly used by commercial banks,and taking a commercial bank's original performance appraisal management system as a specific case,it analyzes its development status and existing problems in detail.In view of at the problems existing in the bank,a new set of ideas for quantitative performance management system has been proposed.Target management(MBO)is used as its performance management idea,with key performance indicator(KPI)management as the specific methodology,balanced scorecard(BSC)and economic value added(EVA)as the basic model,and tools such as FTP in management accounting.Using the direct and profit-related indicators such as deposits and loans and intermediary business income,combined with new technologies such as data and information technology,the bank business data is linked with employees to form a quantitative performance appraisal management system.The optimized quantitative performance appraisal management system will break the original KPI system of task target system completion rate and the overall weight system weight.With pricing of all KPI indicators set according to the profit value of the intrinsic links of each indicator,the employees' business development will be able to get points according to the corresponding pricing.Finally,the performance points will be linked with bonus incentives.It seems like a kind of "indicator market",where employees can select their business indicators which is linked with incentive points based on their business resources and indicator prices.Institutional performance is based on employee performance appraisal from bottom to top to get the corresponding results of the performance appraisal of the organization,forming a management model of staff and organization coordinated development.
