| In the research we summarized the information transmission of present situation all over the world, and we used Huiyang District, Huizhou city, Guangdong Province, as a case study to investigate existing problems and influencing factors of the modern agriculture information transmission in Huiyang. In addition, in the research we also discussed possible ways and models of information transmission of modern agriculture in Huiyang. Furthermore, we proposed main countermeasures for building and developing multiple ways of modern agriculture information transmission. The main results are as follows:Firstly, as the connection bridge between the government, farmers, the agriculture research and production, agriculture information transmission is an important way of implementing the strategy of vitalizing agriculture through science and education, which could also enhance the farmer's science and education quality. In the past, books and newspapers were the main traditional media of agriculture information transmission in Huiyang, which were very simple, backward and inefficiency. With the development of the society, new media is becoming the most important carrier of modern agriculture in Huiyang.Secondly, at present, the main media of agriculture information transmission in Huiyang are print media, audio media and network media. Besides, there are organization of agricultural technology extension, agriculture science service center, the school for farmers, and the agriculture information service system in Huiyang. But according to the research, there are four main issues of the agriculture informationtransmission.( 1) relatively backward information infrastructure.( 2) lack of professionals on information transmission.(3)low-degree level of transmission and receiving information bsaed on the new media for the farmers.(4)lack of investment.Thirdly, there are four main factors that restricted the development of agriculture information transmission in Huiyang.(1)the development of Huiyang started very late.(2)the level of the agricultural information application is not high.(3)the agricultural information service system has not completed.Lastly, combing with the real situation of Huiyang, following the new developing trend of the "Internet + agriculture", we proposes several models of the "agriculture plus" to promote the agricultural information transmission in Huiyang:(1)The model of the "agriculture plus" with the traditional media.(2)The model of the "agriculture plus" with the new media.(3)The model of the "agriculture plus " with the other approaches.At the meantime, it should work out plans in this regard and take concrete steps to implement them. First of all, improving the construction of modern agriculture information resources. Secondly, improving the construction of modern agriculture information transmission basic infrastructure. The last but not the least, is to create a perfect guarantee system for modern agriculture information transmission. |
