“Three rural issues” is the problems of agriculture、rural and farmers, which is the keyproblem in the development of Socialism with Chinese characteristics，but the core of“Three rural issues” is to increase the income of the farmers. In recent years,Chinese governments have been issued many preferential policies at all levels to increasethe income of farmers, and the income of farmers is increasing with economic growth yearby year, at the same time, it promotes the development of agricultural economy and the socialeconomy,but the farmers increase the income,some income is not flowing to the rightdirection,and it has restricted the improvement of the quality of farmers’ life and thedevelopment of the rural economy, therefore, studying the specific direction of the incomeof the farmers, putting forward concrete measures to regulate the rural residents income flowwill play a positive role in improving the quality of farmers’ life and the production.so thewriter takes the income of rural residents of Qigihar city as the research object to analyze therural residents income flow.This article has divided into four parts.Chapter1， The concept analysis about the rural residents income and the rural residentsincome flow. It firstly describes the concept of rural residents income and the species oforigin; secondly,it describes the concept of the rural residents income flow.Chapter2, The characteristics of the rural residents income. It firstly analyzes the statusof the rural residents income in Qiqihar city. Secondly, it describes the characteristics of therural residents income from the wage income, property income, operating income and transferincome of the rural residents in China.Chapter3, The flow direction and characteristics of rural residents income in China. Itfirstly analyzes the rural residents income flow, and points out that Chinese current ruralincome mainly flow to the clothing,food and beverage market, the real estate market, thefamily of durable equipment and network communication equipment market, transportationmarket, education market and medical market, financial savings market, marriage and funeralmarket, non-consumer market; secondly it points out the characteristics of the ruralresidents income flow in China,which is lagging behind the concept of flow, the structure of flow has changed and out of total lack of stamina.Chapter4, The factors and countermeasures influence the rural residents income flow.Firstly, it describes the main factors that influence the rural residents income flow from theeconomic, political, ecological, farmers own; secondly,it analyzes the countermeasures tostandardize the rural residents income flow, that lead farmers to establish correct lifeawareness, vigorously develop the rural economy, transfer the rural surplus labor force,improve the agricultural policy system.
