At present, the contradiction brought by domestic human resource marketstructural deficiencies are getting highlighted, the theoretical value and practicalsignificance of recruitment management system as the foundation of human resourcesmanagement system module grow with each passing day, which has become one ofthe hotspots in the research of human resource management. In addition to elementslike capital and technology, human resources–one of the core competitiveness of theenterprise would make itself survival and developed, human knowledge and ability toachieve the enterprise value has been fully affirmed. Enterprise, as the main body ofthe market economy, embodies the competition of human resources. Therefore, if amodern enterprise wants to keep and create a competitive advantage, it must payattention to the construction of human resources management system, especially theconstruction of human resource recruiting management system. Only paying attentionto the construction of recruitment management system, enterprise could improveemployee satisfaction and reduce staff turnover rate, also improve the enterprisehuman resources management performance, so as to solve the bottleneck problem ofhuman resources, alleviate the contradiction of human resource structural demand.In this paper, using theory with a practical method, domestic and foreignrecruitment management theory research closely linked to the contradiction of humanresource structural demand, also selected well-known enterprises of the province twolarge-scale machinery manufacturing industry as a case study, analyze theRecruitment Management System Change, derived a valuable experience andrevelation of human resource recruitment management system. According to thestatus of SH group company human resource, the paper analyzes its existingproblems of the global and local in the recruitment management, establishes the newrecruitment construction system. Also by following the four principles and thethinking of constructing, it redesigns the new recruitment management system of SHgroup, the reconstruction of the system is mainly from five perspectives: the humanresources planning and job analysis, recruitment needs planning process, therecruitment channel management optimization and innovation, classificationmanagement of the talent assessment methods and the construction of the evaluationsystem. By constructing the new recruitment management system of SH group, thismethodology will effectively enhance the group human resources recruitmentmanagement level to a certain extent, also will ease the contradiction existing in thehuman resource management, providing a good reference for perfecting themanagement system of the domestic enterprises.
