With the advent of the new economic era,human beings have entered a highly informative society,and the development and utilization of human resources play an important role.Human resource management is an important part of enterprise management.The use of traditional personnel management is not only a waste of time and energy,but also an increase in error rate.In order to improve the efficiency of human resource management,reflect the purpose of incubator companies serving for enterprises,and achieve effective communication between talents and employers,it is very necessary to develop a useful system for human resource management.This paper introduces the background of project,and application status of human resource management system of incubator company,and the content of this paper;in functional analysis,the recruitment management module as an example,the company has targeted recruitment services,and can accept the incubated enterprises entrusted recruitment,this module realizes the position release function,resume management function,interview management function,database management function,network examination management function and management function employed six functions.The research method of the system based on the software engineering as for recruitment of existing business processes analysis,found the problem and to optimize and transform the original business process;in the process reengineering based on the idea of software development,object oriented,through the use of six functions of talent recruitment management module,function diagram the package diagram is analyzed;finally,the recruitment process and the function of each module involved in data analysis,and gives the entity relationship design and database design.
