Human resource management is the core of company management; while the recruiting and employee-choosing work decides the quantity, quality and structure forming of the human resource of an enterprise,so recruitment work is the precondition and basis of human resource management and an important guarantee for an organization to realize its accomplishment and target.The author of this article chooses the problems existed during the recruitment process of Xi'an Power Electronics Research Company where he works as the objective of his graduation thesis.Xi'an Power Electronics Research Company is a state-owned small and medium-sized science and technology enterprise, most of its products:are accompanying products of electricity transporting projects of state grid.With the acceleration of development,recruitment problem of the company becomes more and more serious,and the daily recruiting work can't meet the development demand of the enterprise.So, an scientific recruitment system needs to be designed to consummate and regulate the recruitment work and accelerate the development of the enterprise.Utilizing relevant recruitment theory,as the method,this article firstly analyzes the recruitment status quo of the enterprise.Secondly,the article offers a designing basis for a scientific and regulated recruitment system by analyzing the problems existed during recruitment process of the enterprise.Thirdly,with the recruiting procedures and method as theoretic support,the article designs a set of recruiting system suitable for the enterprise;the content of the system includes the design of recruitment organization,recruitment system,recruitment procedures etc;in addition. the article designs a great deal of auxiliary forms and diagrams to regulate and consummate the recruitment system.Then,since the recruitment system designed in this article needs to be validated,it will be implemented in recruitment system of the enterprise.After concluding the design research of the recruitment system of the enterprise,the recruitment system designed in this article improves the recruiting effect of the enterprise,and has the following characteristics:Firstly,it embodies the science of recruitment work.During the process of designing the recruitment system,the article gives full consideration to the recruitment status quo of the enterprise;by analyzing the recruitment problems,this article elaborates the purpose and principles of recruitment and designs recruiting organization and system, thus guarantees the implementation of recruitment system is carried out to realize the target of developing the enterprise.Secondly,it regulates the recruitment procedures and recruitment system.To make the recruitment system efficient and practical,the article lays emphasis on recruitment procedures,elaborates the responsibilities of talent-needing department and personnel department during recruitment, designs many diagrams and tables to simplify and regulate the recruitment work of the enterprise,so as to smoothly carry out the recruitment work of the company and improve the effectiveness the recruitment.Thirdly,it improves the matching degree between the talents and the posts.The design of the research takes the result post instruction of the work analysis as the recruitment standards,changes the situation that the recruiting department only judges the candidates according to experience, strengthens the relation between work analysis and interviews,improves the demand for the quality and capacity of the candidates,and regulates the work of recruitment,so it will definitely improve the matching degree between the talents and the posts to a certain extent.Last but not least,it pays attention to the function of recruitment evaluation.The research consummates and regulates the content of recruitment evaluation,aiming at the weak course on recruitment evaluation of the company in the past,the research strengths recruitment evaluation that not only designs nature evaluation of the recruitment,but also designs measurement evaluation,and pays more attention on substantial effect.Thus the research scientifically and completely reflects the effect and quality,of the recruitment.and offers strong basis for the company to consummate its recruitment system.Meanwhile,the research offers a reference for similar enterprises,as well as effective methods to consummate their recruitment work.
