Recruitment is not only the premise and basis of human resource management, but also an important guarantee for an enterprise to make the object and performance come true. Applying the fundamental theory of human resource management, this thesis analyzes the problems existing during the process of recruitment in Chinese enterprises and the corresponding reasons, and makes a comparatively comprehensive research on how to set up the effective recruitment system.First of all, the thesis introduces the fundamental theory of human resource management and employee recruitment, laying emphasis on the significance of recruitment in human resource management. Through analyzing the problems existing during the process of recruitment in Chinese enterprises, the author points out that personnel planning and job analysis are the pre-conditions of effective recruitment.The thesis analyzes the establishment of effective recruitment system from three aspects: Firstly, during the pre-recruiting period, we should forecast the personnel supply and demand, make a feasible recruitment plan, build up effective recruitment group, and provide necessary training to the members. Secondly, during the while-recruiting period, normative recruitment process, effective testing methods and suitable channel are all indispensable for the effectiveness of recruitment. Lastly, the after-recruiting evaluation and feedback is the guarantee to control and improve the effect of recruitment.The thesis also points out the problems that Chinese enterprises should take notice of, and that sound cooperational culture is of great significance to the carrying-out of recruitment in an open and fair way and the establishment of equitable competition mechanism as well as the creation of good atmosphere. The setting-up of talent warehouse is also helpful to carry out recruitment more smoothly and efficiently.Lastly, through the summarization of the setting-up of the effective recruitment system research , the author points out that with the development of society and economics, especially the establishment and improvement of our country's modern management system, the employee recruitment of the organization will become more and more scientific and diversified, and the process of recruitment will be more normative, the concept will renew on and on, and the method will be more scientific and reasonable.
