Research On The Coordinated Development Of Urban-Rural Cultural Industry Based On The View Of Urban-Rural Income Gap

Constructing power of socialist culture needs cultural industry developed rapidlyand healthily. The source and internal motivation of development of cultural industryare cultural consumer demand of urban and rural residents. Too large income gapbetween urban and rural residents in China has hampered the expansion of the demandfor cultural consumption of urban and rural residents, which hinder the development ofChina’s urban and rural cultural industry. Combined with development status andexisting problems of China’s urban and rural cultural industry in the present stage, thepaper explores the relationship between income gap of urban and rural residents,cultural consumption demand of urban and rural residents and the development ofurban and rural cultural industry, and try to stimulate cultural consumption demand ofurban and rural residents through adjusting the income gap between urban and ruralresidents, so as to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural culturalindustry.Based on the dual economic structure theory, consumer theory, and industrialeconomy, employing the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitativeanalysis, the paper analyze how the income gap between urban and rural residentseffects cultural consumer demand of urban and rural residents, how cultural consumerdemand of urban and rural residents effects the development of cultural industry, andhow the income gap between urban and rural residents effects the coordinateddevelopment of urban and rural cultural industry, then there are some conclusions:1)the income gap between urban and rural residents has long-term and significant effecton cultural consumer demand of urban and rural residents. Too large income gapbetween urban and rural residents an important impact factor of insufficient income gapbetween urban and rural residents. Under the condition of fixed resident income, inorder to get the largest cultural consumer demand of urban and rural residents, theincome gap between urban and rural residents should be controlled in a certain range.2)The gross of cultural consumer demand of urban and rural residents has positive relationship with the development of cultural industry, and cultural consumer demandof urban and rural residents has significant effect on the development of culturalindustry. Increasing the gross of cultural consumer demand of urban and rural residentsand enhancing the level of residential cultural consumer demand are the power andsource of urban and rural cultural industry developed coordinately.3) The income gapbetween urban and rural residents affects the coordinated development of urban andrural cultural industry by affecting cultural consumer demand of urban and ruralresidents, and the income gap between urban and rural residents could affect adjustmentand optimization of urban and rural cultural industrial structure through affecting thestructure of cultural consumer demand of urban and rural residents. Finally, combinedwith the above main conclusions, the paper gives some recommendations: proposingthe policy of adjusting income distribution, increasing the proportion of individualincome in the national income distribution, adopting a variety of measures to increasethe income of rural residents so as to narrow the income gap between urban and ruralresidents, and developing urban and rural cultural industry coordinately.
