| With the society-economic development and people’s living standards continue to improve,people on the safety,quality,health food demand is increasing.However,in recent years,agricultural product quality and safety incidents,not only a threat to human health and life safety,but also to the national agricultural market order and import and export trade adverse effects.In response to this problem,on the basis of the Law on Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products,the state has promulgated a series of relevant policies to continuously improve the quality and safety production system of agricultural products.For example,the Office of the State Council recently issued the "2017 Food Safety Key Work Arrangement" and further clarified To strengthen the quality and safety of agricultural products in the source of governance.At the same time,the domestic research on the quality and safety behavior of agricultural products is also emerging.Based on the above background,the main work of this paper is to analyze the ginger production in Laiwu City,Shandong province on the basis of literature and theoretical review This paper makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of quality and safety behavior of farmers’ ginger,and puts forward the concrete countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality and safety behavior of ginger based on the empirical analysis results.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Analysis on Production Status of Ginger Growers in Laiwu City.This paper summarizes the current situation of the development of ginger industry in Laiwu City,the production process of farmers’ ginger,and makes descriptive statistics and systematic analysis on the sample source and sample characteristics of ginger growers.Among them,the sample characteristics include four levels: the basic situation of farmers,farmers ginger planting situation,farmers on the safety of ginger production awareness,external macroeconomic policy.Quality and safety behavior includes three levels: illegal use of pesticides and abuse phenomenon is also widespread,excessive use of fertilizers,and the proportion of improper application,farmers awareness of safe production.(2)An Empirical Analysis on the Factors Affecting the Quality and Safety Behavior of Ginger Growers.A total of 168 valid questionnaires were collected from 15 villages in Laicheng District,Laiwu City,Shandong Province,and then the multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of quality behavior of farmers’ ginger quality.The empirical results show that among the 16 variables selected,age,household population,per capital income,ginger planting scale,ginger income ratio,technical guidance,news media,sales testing,a total of eight variables on the quality of farmers ginger quality has a significant And were tested at a 5% significance level.On the basis of analyzing the influence variables,to explain the possible economic significance behind it.(3)Measures to improve the quality and safety of ginger farmers’ behavior recommendations.On the basis of the theory and empirical analysis of the quality and safety behavior of farmers ’ginger production,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the farmers’ own cultivation level,the ginger standard production level and the external factors level.First of all,in the farmers to cultivate their own level,to increase the farmers ginger production technology training and services to improve their farmers’ own planting skills;to strengthen the awareness of farmers production safety awareness,improve the punishment of information disclosure system.Second,in the ginger standard production level,to strengthen the quality of agricultural production safety and organizational innovation,to achieve the direct production of small farmers safe production;try to build ginger tracking production system,the timely solution of ginger production problems and errors;to strengthen the quality of ginger safety Production technology research,for the safety of production to provide a strong technical platform.Third,to strengthen the agricultural inputs and agricultural products market regulation,for farmers to provide a good market environment;strengthen the government on the quality and safety of ginger supervision and support,and create a favorable policy environment. |
