Food is the first priority for people, but land is the most important thing in producing the food. The farmers’basic subsistence security, the coordination of rural and urban development as well as the construction of the harmonious society, all depend on land transfer. This article was based on the301sample data which was investigating from Jiangxi three counties (DuChang, YanShan, XinGan), and the influential factors on the scale operation and the realistic background were analyzed under the pushing of the rice production path transfer. The influential factors on the scale operation of rice production were analyzed by constructing a Probit model. In general, it can be found that farming labor, home mechanical value, land fragmentation, mu average all agriculture machinery power, agricultural cooperatives have a significant impact on the production transfer of the farmers, while the householder age, cultural degree, rice field area, total family income, agricultural proportion in GDP and agricultural perks have no significant effect.Besides, the four paths of scale operation of farm land are analyzed. It can be found that when the level of social service and systematize degree are low, the scale operation under the pushing of the production is relatively common, whereas in this path there is a labor intensive link> half labor half technology intensive link> technology intensive link from the perspective of flow rate. In other words, the scale operation of under the pushing of the production is developing along the way of labor alternatives--Technical Substitution--capital replacement (whole segment substitution). The scale operation under the pushing of the production is developed under the background of "separation of the three powers". And it will develop in two different paths according to the employment of non-farmers, social service level as well as farmers’organizational abilities. When the employment of non-farmers is high, in general, agricultural enterprises dominant, while the employment of non-farmers is relatively low, the scale operations led by the professional cooperative and professional large families may be better adapted to the development of agricultural economy. In the switching processes of transfering of production and the transfering of the operation right, the scale operation of farmland is much more promoted by different transfer models, which has something to do with the local economic development. Through these four different transfer paths leading the scale operations of farmland under different economic levels, it is much better for us to understand the evolvement of scale management of farmland and instructive significance on government to make policies.
