Although farmland circulation can make farmer improve profit rate, the scale of farmland circulation is low and the market mechanism is not imperfect. The farmland circulation is lack of intermediary organizations and protection mechanism, and the uncertain deadline of farmland circulation and imperfect management make the farmland circulation exist many problems.
