A Research Into The Operation Of Pubic Real Estate Enterprises Under The Circumstances Of Deflation Policy

Because of the deflation policies in the house market several years ago, chinese goverment propose a series of monetery policies and real estate policies About deflation policy including set a limit policy of buying huose,benchmark interest rate,limite the credit. Many researchers in China have focused their analyses on the influences of deflation policy on real estate companies; and some researchers focus on analysising the differences between different companies when they were effected. But most of the analyses are logocal reasoning,lacking of supporting of data information.this paper analyzes the panel data that different real estate corporations present at different periods,and research the changes of operating situatio in the policy of deflation The conclusion is that deflation policies decrease the operation and incomes of the real estate companies.
