Most of the domestic literature in the research of empirical study of financialperformance evaluation in real estate company is less, this paper follows real estate industryfinancial performance evaluation research method from predecessors, with the data of listedcompanies real estate industry in China as research samples from the market of Shenzhen andShanghai in2012, with the aid of social statistical software R language, and makes financialperformance evaluation and analysis of listed company in real estate industry by the principalcomponent analysis, which not only provide theoretical basis for the reasonable operation forthe real estate industry listed companies, but also provide reference for the managementdepartments to formulate relevant policies. The results of this study show that, at least intheory, the gap between all kinds of enterprises is very obvious and enterprises of the realestate whose all management ability are outstanding enterprise is very few. Therefore, in theside of the industry development, the listed companies of real estate should give considerationto the management ability to coordinately develop and carry out reforms to improve realoperating performance for estate companies. Each listed real estate company should, aimingat the developing the side of weak, improve the comprehensive efficiency according to theirown circumstance. The real estate industry making a basic supporting effect on the nationaleconomy, in the whole national economic system, is in a quite significant position. The realestate industry as a typical capital-intensive industry is largely influenced by the effects ofmacroeconomic policies. Through empirical research, the paper put forward to someenlightenment of performance for listed company of real estate. Firstly, listed companies ofthe real estate should put forth effort to improve the growth ability. Secondly, profitabilityshould be concentrated efforts on. Thirdly, listed companies of real estate should improve thedebt paying ability. Fourthly, the operating ability should be watched out for enhancing.Fifthly, the composition structure of capital should be developed.
