Research And Laos, Yunnan Tourism Cooperation Mechanism Under The Regional Development Of Tourism

With the development of tourism globalization, regional tourism integration has become a very important trend in international tourism market. The regional tourism integration has obvious advantages on creating internationally renowned brand, increasing tourism facilitation, reducing tourism expenditures, enhancing regional tourism competitiveness. Among the whole world, new economic pattern has been changed, both the developed and developing countries work on tourism cooperation, such as the Barrier-free tourism zone in the European Union, Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta. These tourism cooperation practices has gained some achievements and stepped into gradual maturing process.Yunnan Province and Lao PDR are linked by mountains and rivers, both the two places are rich in tourism resources and have some similarities in society and culture. In new century, the tourism center tends to be transported into Asia and Pacific area. Under this circumstance, Yunnan and Lao formulate new development strategies which support the promotion and upgrading of tourism products through enhancing tourism cooperation and expanding the opening. The development of GMS and CAFTA provide an excellent collaboration platforms and opportunities for Yunnan and Lao PDR. The tourism of Yunnan and Lao PDR will have a brilliant future if the two countries depend on tourism advantages and set up the idea of "integrated tourism, integrated industries, huge integration, and huge development".The article is divided into six chapters. Chapter one focuses on the thesis’s topic background, research meaning, framework and method of the study. Chapter two is the theoretical base which explains the development of regional tourism and achievements. Chapter three introduces the geographical location, the features of landform and weather, the basic pattern of tourism resources, the features of first famous tourism attractions; then introduces the tourism development situation, transportation situation and the development trend; introduces the current cooperation situation and problems at last. Chapter four discusses the dynamical system of tourism cooperation between Lao and Yunnan. Chapter five comes out the conclusion of the cooperation mechanism. Chapter six summarizes the whole article.
