National Strategic Bridgehead Yunnan Tourism International And Regional Cooperation

Tourism is an important way of relaxing and increasing the knowledge, more and more people pursuit it, many people are willing to arrange their free time to travel, not only ease their pressure, but also improve the experience.Recently, tourism has become one of the world's most important economic activities, in 2010, the number of tourists grew 7%, up to 940 million; international tourism revenue grew 5%, up to 919 billion dollars; the world about 10 million people travel abroad, brought 1 trillion dollars foreign exchange earnings. Relying on our rich and diverse tourism resources, the tourism industry rapid quickly, in 2010, China's total tourism income was 1.57 trillion, in the world number eight, tourists arrivals reached 134 million, up to 5.8%; outbound tourists reached 57.39 million, up to 20.4%, the risen of tourism has become the most beautiful landscape in China's 30 years reform and opening up process. In Yunnan Province, the tourism developed very fast, in 2010, Yunnan's total tourism revenue was 100.683 billion Yuan, up to 24.24%, received domestic tourists 138.37 million, increased 15.09%; received foreign tourists 6,628,100, increased 14.7%. The rapid development of tourism is becoming increasingly important in the tertiary industry, and the world countries and regions are developing their international tourism market for the growing demand of tourism.The tourism international regional cooperation provides a wider space for the development of tourism industry, through cooperation, the regions can take complementary with each other, so that tourism can developed to a further step, thereby enhancing its international competitiveness. In the current stage of the development of tourism industry, Yunnan tourism to enhance competitiveness and achieve comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development,urgent need to expand the scope of opening, and to launch cooperation in tourism with relevant national and regions, make the tourism international market more widely.In China's opening-up strategy border conditions, has been, Yunnan and Southeast Asia, South Asian countries has very closed cooperation in tourism, residents between the countries are very frequent, has formed the LanCang-Mekong river sub-regional cooperation in tourism, within the sub-regional. Yunnan and the countries and regions has different levels of multilateral and bilateral cooperation, under the BCIM framework. Yunnan actively participate in building large BCIM tourism circle. Since China's opening up a bridgehead for the Southwest strategy has been proposed, Yunnan Province, the scope of opening up more widely, policy and infrastructure more comprehensive, Yunnan should seize this opportunity, play tourist resources and geographic advantages, actively carry out tourism regional cooperation with the strategy of radiation of bridgehead "an ocean four areas", through product development, marketing, promotional marketing, contraction of facilities, etc. to carry out extensive cooperation and exchanges, improve the tourism development level of Yunnan Province.This paper analyzes Yunnan Province and the bridgehead strategic "an ocean four areas" tourism development, find out the conditions of tourism international cooperation in Yunnan and these countries, Yunnan should be put forward plans step by step with these countries and regions regional cooperation in tourism, in particular:travel priority countries and regional cooperation in Southeast Asia, focusing on tourism development and regional cooperation in South Asian countries, to expand the tourism of Western Asian regional cooperation, and actively explore the cooperation in tourism with Eastern Africa Indian Ocean countries. The paper contrary to different situations of the areas, proposed respectively suggests, promoting a practical basis for Yunnan tourism international regional cooperation.
