Based On CVM Of Recreation Value Evaluation In Changqing National Nature Reserve

In the past few centuries under the effect of the powerful human activity, ecosystemevolves,which produced many changes. It is almost the result that human beings lost the aweto the nature and blindly transform and change the nature by pursuing economicdevelopments excessively。 Modern social norms and ethics strengthen human being’sideological consciousness. People’s love for nature is gradually returning and they begin todesire the combination with the nature, which help people enjoy the spiritual sublimation andpleasure. Ecological tourism becomes a fashion. Recreational value is the embodiment of thevalue of the ecological tourism resources. It becomes the hot research topic for scholars abouthow to assessing the value of ecological tourism resources.To begin with, this paper gives a brief introduction of the background and the theoreticalbasis of the tourism resources value assessment. Then the general situation of thequestionnaire research including research area, recreation resource in the research area,questionnaire design, questionnaire survey, basic information of the respondents andexplanations of the tourism development problems existing in the research area. Next, the realdiagnosis research part which uses the survey data to do research. It includes the analysis oftourists’ willingness to pay (WTP), logistic regression analysis of the factors that affecttourists’ willingness to pay (WTP), quantile regression analysis of the WTP, and the totalrecreational values assessment of the Shaanxi Yangxian Changqing National Nature ReserveArea. Then it provides some suggestions for the local tourism resources management anddevelopment. Finally, it draws some conclusions. Main conclusions are the following:Firstly, Recreational value in reserve area is high and it is worth to develop.78%touristsare willing to pay to protect the recreational resources in the Reserve Area and it is a highpercent. The recreational resources value have been recognized and acknowledged by most ofthe tourist. Through measuring, the per capita WTP is63,333Yuan per year. The recreationalvalue of Shaanxi Yangxian Changqing National Nature Reserve Area is28,180,000yuan peryear.Secondly, the factors such as gender, place of residence, age, degree of travel preference, and how well you know the research area do not have obvious significance on WTP in themodel. The factors such as educational level, income, environmental awareness, satisfactionto reserve area do have obvious significance on WTP.Thirdly, according to the quantile regressions model, the variables such as gender, placeof residence, degree of travel preference, and how well you know the research area in thequantile regressions formula have5%influence for the WTP. This illustrates these variablesdo not have obvious significance on tourists’ different pay level.At last, according to the quantile regressions model, the variables such as educationallevel, income, environmental awareness, satisfaction to reserve area in the quantileregressions formula have obvious significance on the WTP in different pay range and havedifferent effects.
