Land Intensive Utilization Evaluation Research Of The Yangling Demonstration Zone Based On Coordination Degree Model

With the rapid growth of the national economic, the irreconcilable contradiction betweensupply and demand of the land resources is very prominent, so the land intensive utilizationresearch is imperative. Refer to the related literature, we found the studies abroad about landintensive utilization tend to land planning and legislation to ensure that the results of practicalwork, and domestic studies about land intensive utilization are staying in pure on urban landusing, especially land economic output, with the ignoring of the social and environmentalbenefits of urban land. In addition, due to the land intensive utilization research starts late inour nation, the research can’t seem to meet the requirement on the construction of economicalsociety in China, so it leads to the important differences in the standards for land intensiveutilization, the technical standard system of land intensive using also failed to be built.Moreover, domestic on land intensive utilization research is more focused on the economymore developed a second-tier cities or park. Aiming at this situation, we selected the YanglingDemonstration Zone as the research object, in order to explore the Yangling DemonstrationZone land intensive utilization, in views of the special region, constructed, including21landintensive utilization evaluation indexes, index system, index weight by the AHP method andentropy value method of comprehensive assignment, on the basis of the YanglingDemonstration Zone land intensive utilization coordination degree are obtained.The study includes six parts: the first chapter selected topic background and researchstatus at home and abroad, points out that the aim of this study, the research content, researchpurpose and research train of thought and related methods; The second chapter related to landintensive use summarized in this paper, the concept and the intensive utilization evaluationmethod; Third chapter in view of the research areas related to economic and social situation,and analyses the effect of land use, land use in the Yangling Demonstration Zone andmanagement problems; The fourth chapter on the analysis of the Yangling DemonstrationZone, on the basis of land use obtained the Yangling Demonstration Zone land intensiveutilization evaluation index system for empirical analysis; Chapter five is research conclusionand outlook. Through theoretical analysis and empirical research, the main conclusions of thisstudy include: （1）The Land using is overall coordination of the Yangling Demonstration Zone. Threesubsystems, the land utilization condition subsystem and basic coordination of land useefficiency subsystem, the land use subsystem is coordinated management performance. Inthree major subsystems, the land utilization condition subsystem coordination degree value ofthe minimum criterion layer, land use management subsystem performance criterion layercoordination degree is the highest value, and is close to0.8, which showed that the YanglingDemonstration Zone mainly industrial demonstration effect, breadth and intensity of land useis not obvious, mainly in small and medium-sized enterprise, but be careful in land usemanagement.（2）The land using of the breadth and intensity is not obvious of the YanglingDemonstration Zone. The overall benefits of land utilization and land intensive use system iscoordinated, the land use control aspects are shown strong coordination and intensiveutilization of land system.（3）The ecological environmental benefits of coordination is the worst the YanglingDemonstration Zone. Cause this result when, on the one hand, Yang ling as a country only ademonstration zone of agricultural science and technology industry, countries andgovernments at all levels in the area is very important for the Yangling Demonstration Zone ofgreening, greening degree for the Yangling Demonstration Zone future send greatexpectations, so the efficacy function limit the selected value is significantly higher than thestatus value and lower value; Yang ling, on the other hand, greening degree to slow changes inrecent years, in terms of afforestation, change degree is not very obvious, obviously can’t keepup with the construction and development of expectation.（4）Land usig in the Yangling Demonstration Zone lacks of innovation.
