The Art of War---offensive strategy puts forward “five win”: the one who knows whether to fight ornot wins,the one who takes advantages of the few wins,the ones who have same minds win,the one whois in danger but can care about others win, the one who is able to but doesn’t charioteer wins. This has beengiven the importance of strategy thought,which is accept or reject, effective and long-term benefit.Nowadays, with the continuous development of knowledge economy era, the enterprise the deepeningof the functions and management practices, the understanding of the overall concept of strategy has beenchanged.In different disciplines, different groups and different stages of development of the society, peoplehave their own understanding of strategy. But both organization and individual should understand theconcepts in a system, developing and dialectical view.Earth and rock engineering is a traditional industry as well as one of the most competitive industries.Currently, this area has faced intratype competition,related policies and tough market environment both inhome and abroad. It’s a choice as well as a challenge. While similar enterprises exist severe “survivalcrisis” and “strategy crisis”. Therefore,under the changing living environment,the enterprises are facingmore and more uncertain factors,they should pay more attention to how to choose scientific strategy andhow to enhance their own advantages. In order to adapt to the changes of various internal and externalenvironment, private enterprises must adopt the feasible development strategy, and effectively implementand control, which can in the increasingly fierce market competition to a place.This thesis analysis the internal and external environment of private enterprises in earth and rockengineering,summarized the opportunities and challenges in the external environment faced by firms, andthe advantages and disadvantages of their own conditions. Based on these things, the thesis figures out thedeveloping management strategy of private enterprises. Among them, the key is to discovery, create andintegrate variety of effective, integrated enterprise resource elements of the type or model, thereby enhancethe efficiency of enterprise management and adhere to the road of sustainable development. Earth and rockengineering companies should take differentiation strategy, giving full play to the advantages of low cost,step by step to implement brand strategy, gradually establish a unique competitive advantage. First,this thesis discuss the strategy management theory in home and abroad and introduce the mantools(EFE,IFE and SWOT model). Second,by the construction of enterprises facing the macroenvironment, industry environment and the enterprise detailed analysis of the related resources, thussummarizes the strengths, weaknesses and external opportunities and challenges enterprise itself has.Third,using EFE,IFE and SWOT model, the paper formulates related the corresponding strategy schemeand the implementation of the specific safeguard measures, then maps out the company’s sustainabledevelopment strategy. They can take the following measures to make their companies the best of the area:improve the internal governance structure, strengthen international cooperation; adjust the overallmanagement mode and strengthen quality management;reconstruct and integrate the marketing channels;strengthen the construction of human resources and innovation talent mechanism to speed up theinformatization construction, improve the efficiency of engineering.
