The real estate industry, as one of the important industries of the national economy, is afundamental and guiding industry, it is closely related to people’s lives. In addition to directlypromote economic growth, its rise and fall are also related to the development of other sectors ofthe national economy. Therefore, based on the characteristics of the real estate industry, for therelationship between the amount of housing supply and demand, the real estate industry and otherindustries of the national economy, the development trend of China’s real estate industry, thesustainability of the real estate industry and other issues, the establishment of a more completeresearch system of the real estate industry, and gradually resolved the following question:(1)For the housing needs, the establishment of a single factor improved exponential model, andthe use of the combination of predictive models and intervention analysis model housing demandforecast, and the results agree well.(2)Based on the housing tiered supply system to establish the mathematical model of thehousing supply, and calculate the various income groups, housing supply, the predictive value ofthe total housing supply, and relevant analysis.(3)Construction of the gray correlation degree model of the real estate industry and otherindustries of the national economy, and the relationship between the real estate industry and otherindustries of the national economy through regression analysis and correlation coefficient analysis.(4)Residents to purchase from the wishes of the real estate business development and thestrength and willingness of the two systems to build a model of the trend of development of thereal estate industry, demonstrated by defining the real estate industry to meet the rate ofcoordination between the two subsystems.(5)Build the purchasing power of residents evaluation system with prices based on thesustainable development of the coordination degree model, comprehensive analysis of thedevelopment trend of the two subsystems and between game trend.
