With the development of global economic integration,more and more foreign companies invest in China.As a traditional industry,motor industry is increasingly fierce in competition.Its market from the traditional product-oriented to a market-oriented context,to DY motor Ltd.as the research object,in summing up domestic and international marketing on the basis of relevant literature for the company's current management situation,the use of modern marketing concepts,target market precisely through Choice and Orientation,the use of and adapt to the modern market environment,the marketing strategy in market competition and gain an advantage,so customers receive the recognition and ultimately corporate value creation and increase power.Firstly,this paper summarizes the domestic and international marketing theory on the evolution of history and new development-a comprehensive marketing,and an overview of relevant content;on the basis of the concept and stages of international marketing theory are reviewed,and summarized international marketing strategy,three types.Secondly,this paper according to the specific circumstances of' DY motor Ltd.through the SWOT analysis,summarized the company's strengths and weaknesses.external opportunities and threats,todevelop marketing strategies and tactics below,laying the foundation.Finally,DY motor Ltd.Based on the marketing practice,STP marketing strategy with three elements of analysis,get the company's marketing guiding ideology and the marketing strategy,the marketing guiding ideology is the basic competitive strategy and the international development,the marketing strategy is the product strategy-relying on technological superiority,create international brand;and the pricing strategy-low cost pricing strategy;and the marketing channel strategy;and the promotion strategy;and promote the relationship marketing.Finally,give the support to the marking strategies.
