The Research On The Management System Of Tendering And Bidding In Construction Engineering

Construction project bidding as a form of international general contracting mode hasbeen widely used in our country. Implementation of construction project bidding systemis a form of competition in China’s socialist market economic development, an importantmeans of regulation is the development of the market economy and the inevitablerequirement, is the important measure for our country to the establishment anddevelopment of socialist market economy, deepen the reform of investment system, is animportant milepost the history of the development of China’s construction field. However,due to the construction of market demand, market competition is intense, the constructionmarket of illegal phenomena occur from time to time,"11.15" big fire in Shanghai,Harbin Yangming Beach Bridge fracture accident, once again touched people’s nerves,caused widespread concern in the community, tender still exist problems and difficultiesof the current construction engineering bidding.In this paper, combined with Fengxian construction bidding management reality,from the bidding, construction bidding and tendering analysis, theoretical basis, theconcept of domestic and foreign construction project bidding, this paper explains theproduce and development, and Chinese and foreign cultural background analysis as a starting point, from comparing legal system, operation mode, management mode ofbidding system China and the United states. At the same time, based on the Fengxianconstruction engineering bidding analysis of common, typical cases of violation, and alsoput forward suggestions and some of the core, is of great practical and guidingsignificance to construct Chinese characteristics of the project bidding system.The essay falls into four sections：The first chapter is the introduction, first introduced the research background and thesignificance of this research, and made a review on the current research literature at homeand abroad, puts forward research methods and the main content of this paper.The second chapter mainly introduces related concept of bidding and tendering andbidding management system and the construction and theoretical analysis, including thecomparison analysis of bidding management system for engineering theory, constructionbidding bidding connotation, purpose and principle, construction project, through theexplanation of basic theory of home and abroad construction project bidding and hair,exhibition, comparison of Chinese and foreign construction project bidding system isdifferent, further analysis.The third chapter is the station in Fengxian construction project bidding work,introduces the current situation of Fengxian construction engineering biddingmanagement system, and in violation of the case as the breakthrough point, the Fengxianconstruction engineering bidding and bid system construction practice are analyzed, theproblems and reasons existing in order to study the construction project bidding system.The fourth chapter in practical analysis, on how to perfect our country architecturalengineering field bidding management system, construction bidding management systemto put forward thinking and suggestion of modern construction with Chinesecharacteristics.
