Problems And Countermeasures Study On Tendering And Bidding Of China Of The Present Stage

Internationally,it's a scientific and rational way that using bidding in the bargaining of construction product. Bidding system has been pushed in the bargaining of domestic construction products, and the Law of the people's republic of China on bid invitation and bidding has been decreed on August 30,1999. With the practice and reformation of the tendering and bidding in our country in recent years, as well as the systems,rules and regulations are constantly improvement,a "fair competition, standardized and orderly "construction market has been gradually forming and healthy developing,which has played a position role in deepen the reform of our country's construction management system. However, due to the unique development model of our country's economic and the particularity of construction project, there are still some problems need to be studied and resolved in the activities of construction project bidding and tendering of our country.In this thesis, the development and current situation of our country's construction project bidding and tendering have been discoursed from the development process of management style and the characteristic of construction project bidding and tendering of our country. The problems in our country's construction project bidding and tendering work have been analysed based on the development and current situation of our country's construction project bidding and tendering.At the last, to solve these problems,some countermeasures have been offered through careful analysis.
