| China has the largest population in the world. To a developing country like ourcountry, problem of employment is always important problem of the state and thesociety’s development. The past years have witnessed enrollment of colleges anduniversities since1999. The number of university graduate followed with it. Popularizationof undergraduate make employment problem severe gradually. College graduate havebecome the largest new employment population in our country. Therefore, making collegestudents to get better employment, not only directly related to the development of studentsthemselves, is related to social harmony and stability, and more related to the country’sfuture and fate.The problem of undergraduate employment difficulty have various reasons, both theeconomic factors, social factors, colleges and universities factors and also collegegraduates individual factors. While individual factors of graduates mainly represent in thelack of ability to adapt to the ability. Thus, promote undergraduate employment abilityhave very important strategic significance.In order to solve this problem, this paper studies on undergraduate employment abilityin-depth, and design scientific employment ability evaluation index system and thequestionnaire in Wuhan Institute of Technology according to its connotation andcomposition. For example, through interviews, questionnaires and other forms to thestudents and employers to investigate, and access to a large number of data, currentsituations and existing problems of undergraduates’ employment abilities were analyzed. Incombination with other scholar’s research, beneficial countermeasures and suggestions areput forward to promote undergraduate employability. |
