In recent years, economic globalization has been developed rapidly, the trend of regional integration is also increasing. With the world economic and political changes in the pattern of the countries in the world also actively seek new avenues and the new mode of economic development and foreign trade. The free trade zone is the most basic form of regional economic integration, more suitable for the majority of the actual situation of the country, to become the best mode of the countries to participate in regional economic integration. Our FTA partners has covered1/3of China’s total foreign trade volume of trade, and become China’s third largest trade cooperation market. The free trade zone has become a new platform for China’s foreign trade and economic cooperation, political exchange.China is an economy in transition, with the construction of a free trade zone is also exploring and learning, coupled with the ever-changing economic and international situation, many problems and difficulties will inevitably arise in the process of construction and development of the Free Trade Area.
