Research On The Efficiency Of Agricultural Production In The Innovative Corps And Locality

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy，which plays an crucial role in it.The development of agriculture is the key to a country’s social stability and healthy economy，and it is crucial to the development of our country． In recent years，our government paysmuch attention to the development of agriculture and it makes a series of documents andpolicies to support the development of agriculture，increase the income of the farmers. Themost important way to promote the development of agriculture is to improve the efficiency ofagriculture， which influence the agriculture greatly. The government points out that in orderto improve the income level of the farmers and promote the development of the new socialistcountryside， we should keep “develop the modern agriculture， prosperous rural economy”as a primary task， improve the efficiency of agricultural production.Xinjiang is based on agriculture，the development of agricultural economy influence thewhole Xinjiang national economic in a large extent，so as the corps．In recent years，theproduction and quality of the agricultural economy in Xinjiang and corps has been increasedin a large extent，so as the comprehensive technical efficiency in agriculture. However，there are still some differences between them.This paper take advantage of data envelopment analysis(DEA)method to analyses theagricultural efficiency between the Xinjiang and corps， through the different stages in theprocess and the agricultural production system. The results of the empirical analysis showsthat the comprehensive technical efficiency，pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency ofcorps is better than Xinjiang and we make some preliminary judgment relied on theexploration of the question deeply.The result of this paper helps us understand the current situation of the efficiency ofagricultural production in Xinjiang and corps， and it helps them to absorb the strength ofeach other in the future agricultural production， which provides a scientific decision for thedevelopment of the agriculture and it helps to increase the whole efficiency of agriculture inXinjiang.
