Study On Development And Utilization Of Water Conservancy Tourism Resources In Shandong Province Water Parks

Because the construction and development of Water Parks started late in China, there are lacks of related theories and practical experiences.Though the construction and development of Water Parks has achieved better economic and social benefits, and the development and utilization of water conservancy tourism resources has been experienced the process gradually from disorder to mature, but there are still many problems.The construction and development of Water Parks in Shandong Province has also experienced the same process. Therefore, research on the development and utilization of water conservancy tourism resources in Shandong Province Water Parks, to investigate the distribution, utilization and protection of Shandong Province Water Parks, has a very positive effect in the development of water conservancy economy and water conservancy tourism. It can strengthen the protection of water resources, water environment and water engineering facilities; correctly handle the relationship between water resources, water conservancy projects, ecological restoration and environmental protection. It can also provide reference for other provinces and cities.According to the " The Evaluation Standard of Water Park "," Guideline for Water Park Planning"," Plan for Construction and Development of Shandong Province Water Park in the12th Five-Year " and other construction and management policy of Water Parks, based on the scientific outlook on development, system theory and other theories, this paper discussed the development and utilization of water conservancy tourism resources in Shandong Province Water Park with the method of qualitative and quantitative comparative analysis.1. In this thesis, it is reviewed the development process of Water Park, and summarized the characteristics and types. The type and classification of water conservancy tourism resources is analysed. The quantity and distribution of water parks in Shandong Province is summed up.2. SWOT analysis is used for the development and utilization of water conservancy tourism resources in Shandong Province Water Parks. In the construction and development of Water Park, water conservancy tourism resources, location and other advantages must be made full use of, the policy, economy, transportation and other opportunities also must be seized. Turning a disadvantage into an advantage to rationally develop and utilize water conservancy tourism resources.3. AHP is applied to establish the evaluation model of water conservancy tourism resources value and development potential.40representative Water Parks are selected for evaluation. The evaluation results show that water conservancy tourism resources value is higher in Shandong Province, and it has the good development potential.4. Through SWOT analysis and the evaluation model, it is summarized the key issues in the development and utilization of water conservancy tourism resources of Shandong province Water Parks.5. Using Zeshanhu Water Park as an example of analyze and assess the water conservancy scenic resources, environmental protection quality, development and utilization conditions and management level. The management countermeasures for the development and utilization of water conservancy tourism resources are summed up, in order to improve the ecological environment quality of Water Park, and promote the healthy development of water conservancy tourism industry.
