With the rapid economic development in Shouguang, Shouguang has been considerable progress in the living standards of farmers in this stage. However, compared to the rapid growth in the city’s economy, the agricultural economy has a slower growth rate and the price have been growing, thus nevitably appear some new problems urgent need to study. By the long-term field surveys, we found some practical related problems, for example:compared to the living standards of farmers and towns there is a considerable gap, rural labor transfer to the outside and no more technique is introduced into rural areas at the same time, science and technology to the countryside and so on activities are still not obtain due effect, and so on. These problems can be summarized as the problem of farmers ’income. Farmers’ income is the core of all the problems and the key to sustainable development and the city’s economic health. It is closely related to social stability and harmony.Through the analysis of the ShouGuang farmers’ income structure and the affecting factors, combining the new trend and new growth point of the current economic development, in the big background of our country agricultural transformation and upgrading, analysiing the farmers’ income potential of new growth point, putting forward the new channel and increasing the income of farmers in a new mode, and forming feasibility higher solutions. The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for the increase of farmers’ income, so that local farmers can easily select the appropriate mode, and adjust based on the actual situation, in order to achieve the purpose of income increasing. We extracted universality from the particularity, and strive to provide a reference for the government’s macro decision-making. Better promote Shouguang farmers’ income, and better service for the new rural construction.According to the actual situation of the Shouguang local,we put forward Suggestions and countermeasures such as adjusting the agricultural structure, changing the way of agricultural development, giving full play to the economic role of agriculture professional cooperation, strengthening government guidance and coordination role to promote the industrialization of agriculture development, improving the quality of farmers and other reasonable. And we can give full play to local advantages of shouguang. try to make up for the deficiencies, make the agricultural industrialization, let more agricultural professional cooperatives grow up, let the agricultural resource integration adjustment, multi-dimensional increase the farmers’ income channels, develop farmer employment of the broad masses of the space.we also hope that the ShouGuang farmers’ income would have more guidance.This paper conducts field research about how to increase income for farmers in Shouguang City, the overall background is to proceed from the rural and regional development in Shouguang City, we get a clearer understanding about the lower income of farmers compared to the city residents and the low rate of income increasing around the city’s actual situation, the facts that farmers reflect. This paper provides an important know premise in order to solve practical problems. This paper dig out Shouguang farmers’ potential and channel general to increase income. This paper summarizes the several groups of the laws improve farmers’ income, and drawn realistic policy orientation. And now the farmers’ income in our country as a whole grows slowly and has a trend to slow down, therefore the study of Shouguang farmers’ income growth has great political significance, the theoretical significance and practical significance, but also provide a reference for the integrity of the income of the farmers in China.
