Finally, corresponding respectively from the perfection of financial legal system guarantee,put forward specific suggestions and countermeasures on the establishment of a multi-level capital market financing system, risk investment system and credit guarantee system on the improvement of the Wen zhou small and medium-sized enterprise independent innovation financial support system.
