Study On Independent Innovation System Of Small And Medium Technological Enterprises

Small and medium technological enterprises are the source of independent creative vitality, the main strength to realize technical breakthrough, and one of the important supports in knowledge-based economy. In an era of technical innovation, small and medium technological enterprises have a high degree of intensive knowledge and capital, and a high intensity of R&D. These enterprises are playing an increasingly important role in China's economic development. A growing number of small and medium technological enterprises are aware of the importance of independent innovation in the increasingly fierce market competition, so they have begun to attach importance to independent innovation system to effectively realize independent innovation and raise their goal of independent innovative ability.On the basis of absorbing and using for reference from foreign and domestic relevant theory study, this thesis systematically sets up a small and medium technological enterprise independent innovation system, and conducts a thorough research into the structure, function, environment and operation of the independent innovation system. Firstly, the innovative system factors of small and medium technological enterprises are discussed, namely entrepreneur capacity, funds, information guarantee, technique opportunity, R&D integration ability, and market opportunity, and the specific contents of the independent innovation system factors are described. By means of the above contents and the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory method, the author analyzes the importance of the relationships among system factors to make the system a credible model. Secondly, based on the independent innovation system structure, we analyze the system's functions: integration, learning, feedback, performance, stipulation, promotion, regulation, risk reduction, etc., to tap the potential of the system. Thirdly, a further research is undertaken into the system's environment, such as law and policy, technology, financing, economy, service and culture, etc., and the operation of the independent innovation system is also studied. Finally, combining a case study of the operation of the system, we put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to enhance the ability of small and medium technological enterprises'independent innovation.
