The globalization has changed human’s life dramatically; more importance has been attached to culture. Culture has been a significant part of national competitiveness, a part of a country’s soft power which influents the politics and economy deeply. Corporate culture is the soft power as well as the soul for an enterprise. It plays a essential role in promoting the comprehensive quality, the exterior comparativeness and interior cohesiveness of an enterprise. A successful company relies on a strong power stems from culture. Nowadays, with more fierce competitions, it’s not adequate for companies to compete by technology, products, marketing, and capitol and so on. It’s necessary to absorb and integrate different ideas to enhance and amend the organization, to foster humanitarian advantages, in that way the companies will manage to adapt to the ever-changing environment to obtain a sustainable development.Jiangnan Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Company has achieved remarkable development in the last few decades, while by contrast, due to various reasons, the enhancement of corporate culture soft strength still has a long way to go to meet the needs of our company’s development. And neglecting the importance of corporate culture, to some extent, becomes a barrier in the course of corporate healthy development. The thesis obtained the comprehensive strategy including corporate and corporate culture and including the enhancement of corporate culture soft strength giving consideration to the internal and external factors. If we only pay attention on "hardware" facility not on "software" facility, corporate development will deviate from direction; while if we discuss the corporate "software" on the basis of leaving the corporate "hardware" aside, then the culture will become water without a source. In a word, only combine these two factors organically, and utilize internal and external factors comprehensively, it can promote the corporate culture soft strength.
