In reviewing the literature on human resources at home and abroad,it was found that most of the scholars were focused on the corporate culture or the employee training issues,and the impact on the culture and business owners of the private enterprises was less explored,and even ignored the study of the role of the people's spiritual capital in the role of employee training and corporate culture.This paper takes private enterprises as the research object,firstly summarizes and summarizes the existing literature data,introduces the theory of human capital investment,expectation theory,training theory and contingency theory respectively,and analyzes the relationship between human capital and spiritual capital.In this paper,theoretical basis,through the questionnaire to the private enterprise culture,business owners,spiritual capital,employee training status after gathering information,analyzing the plight of the current private enterprise employees,in the process of training management problems and the cause of the problem.Secondly,it discusses the cultural characteristics of private enterprises and analyzes the influence of their values and the relationship of corporate culture on staff training.Then,from the perspective of private business owners spiritual capital and study its relationship with the employee training,and play a role in promoting,and put forward business owners spiritual capital dimensions presumption that the influence of employee training.Finally,business owners,the spiritual capital as regulating variable,private enterprise culture as the independent variable,staff training as the variables,the empirical analysis private enterprise culture and business owners spiritual capital influence on staff training mechanism.The research shows that:first,the family,bureaucratic,marketing and development four kinds of private enterprise culture have positive influence on staff training;Secondly,under the role of the spiritual capital adjustment of private entrepreneurs,different types of corporate culture will have a different impact on employee training.Under the dimension of business owners,strong sense of mission,the influence of family culture on employee training and market type is evident in the influence of culture on staff training,under the private business owners have a clear core values dimension,and bureaucratic culture,market culture and the development of culture evident influence on staff training.The innovation of this study are proposed the matching relationship and intermediary role among enterprise culture and private business owners spiritual capital and staff training for the researchers.It is hoped that the above research can provide reference value and practical significance for the cultural construction of private enterprises in the era of knowledge economy,the improvement of spiritual capital of business owners,and the effectiveness of staff training.
