The enterprise culture is the gene of enterprise development.In particular,large-scale enterprises will pay more attention to the construction of enterprise culture,which is regarded as a powerful driving force for sustainable development of enterprises.After nearly fifty years of development,N group has been leading the industry for more than 20 years,the enterprise culture has played a positive role in the process.It is also a culture of "boss culture",its chairman attaches great importance to the construction of enterprise culture,he never stops writing the necessity of culture connotation for enterprise development into his working report and speech,and widely publicized,which provides a spiritual force match for the every stage of enterprise development.The “water culture” concept he put forward in the 40 anniversary celebration which has unique and far-reaching impact.In this paper,the domestic and foreign enterprise culture theory,the mainstream evaluation methods,the process of enterprise culture construction and the integration of traditional culture and corporate culture,the measurement method of OCQ universal,coupled with the self-designed questionnaire and had been already implemented in the N group and engaged in propaganda work more than and 10 years of personal experience and reading a lot of enterprise information,the more comprehensive of the N group's corporate culture construction has made a comprehensive evaluation and analysis summed up the enterprise culture is "mission oriented market performance culture",with the core values of people,"do not do better competition of family background","the development of gene guide" the common pursuit of the advantages and disadvantages of innovation consciousness,customer first,cooperation and other aspects of the problem.According to the survey found that the existence of the problem,put forward how to use the N group highly refined "such as the transformation of water culture" better for employees to understand language,how to better integrate the "boss culture" to create full of culture,and from the system level to make corresponding changes in measures,from the spirit,system and behavior four,the material layer on the construction of corporate culture of N group put forward strategies and suggestions.After this study,not only helps the author to better carry out the relevant work in the future,but also for private enterprises to provide a sample of corporate culture,has a certain reference value.
