In this new century, the market competition is gradually heating up, enterprises might have their own focus between competitiveness and core competitiveness of the company. However, except the companies that have an overwhelming monopoly of resources, business competition is after all the talent competition. Under the premise of the development of the automobile industry, increasingly fierce competition between automobile dealers, the GX Company aims at having a place in the Guangxi market and continuing leading the market, it has to be supported by a targeted and competitive remuneration system.The remuneration system is closely related with the vital interest of every employee, and is also an important issue for enterprises to attract talent, retain talent and motivate talent. With the rapid development of the GX Company-the subject of this paper, increasingly fierce industry competition, and higher and higher customer satisfaction requirements, the level of company management and qualified personnel can no longer meet the needs of company development. Therefore, this paper constructed a set of overall remuneration system for the GX Company, under the command of the actual human resource management remuneration design.This paper is firstly, through a salary satisfaction survey, using remuneration tools provided by Mercer Human Resource Consulting, to analyze the actual situations and existing problems of remuneration management in the GX Company; secondly, use IPE job evaluation system, to rank all the posts; third, analyze and estimate the employee annual base salary, annual fixed cash, total cash of the annual target, and fixed and floating ratio basing on the real income of the GX employees, in order to find the solutions to all the problems of remuneration management of GX Company; finally, construct the overall remuneration system based on the above mentioned analysis in consider of the current status of the GX Company.
