The Research On The Development Of Business Service In China-Asean FTA

The business service trade is currently one of the hotspots of the service trade and one of the most rapidly developing trade areas between China and ASEAN(the Association of Southeast Asian Nations) countries. As long as the deepening cooperation of trade in service between China and ASEAN countries, the boosting investments in related industries of service trade which could directly increase the demand of service trade provides new opportunity for the development of business service trade in the Free Trade Area between China and ASEAN.The thesis is mainly concerned with the cooperation and the development of trade in business service between China and ASEAN. Based on the industry characteristics of business service trade, the thesis demonstrates the opinion that the idiosyncratic human capital is the determinate factor of business service trade competitiveness. The empirical research then proves the significant correlation between the idiosyncratic human capital and the business service trade competitiveness. After that, the thesis analyzes the current development status of the business service trade of China and ASEAN countries respectively and make comprehensive analysis the development of the business service trade between China and ASEAN countries. Then the thesis quantitatively analyzes the business service trade competitiveness between China and ASEAN. Then, the thesis discusses the current status of the cooperation of the business service trade and further points out that there is basis for China and ASEAN countries to deepen the cooperation of business service trade and the welfare effect of the liberalization of businessservice trade is significant. Meanwhile, there are also many problems in the development of the business service trade in the Free Trade Area. For instance, the business service trade in the Free Trade Area is still in the stage of shallow cooperation; there are many industries and markets of business service trade which still do not be opened for the foreigner; there are still many barriers of business service trade; especially, the human capital which is the determinate factor of the business service trade is currently under too many restrictions. The insufficiency of more deepening cooperation could restrain the expansion of business service trade in short term and could repress the improvement of the basis of business service trade competitive power in the Free Trade Area in long term. Lastly, the thesis give certain suggests for the development and cooperation of the business service trade in the further:suggests that China and ASEAN countries develop the business service trade in the Free Trade Area from domestic and international aspect; suggests that China and ASEAN countries cooperatively establish the joint personnel training mechanism, talent introduction mechanism and corporate communication mechanism to speed up the human capital accumulation in the Free Trade Area; suggests that China and ASEAN countries eliminate the systematic barrier for the development of business service trade in the Free Trade Area by the international cooperation; suggests that China and ASEAN countries promote the development of business service trade and promote the liberalization of business service trade, especially the liberalization of the human capital, in the Free Trade Area by deepening the multilateral cooperation of business service trade.
