This paper is a research about Enterprise diagnosis customer value, which judge the diagnosis value from the angle of diagnosed company. We argues that enterprise diagnosis customer value is a transfer from diagnosis value to customer value, the value is derived from the products and services, conversion rate is affected by enterprise’s perception of the degree. Namely:the enterprise diagnosis of customer value=the diagnostic value×conversion (customer perception). This article around the main proposition with the four aspects of research:First, the diagnosis of the source of customer value to the enterprise are analyzed. Diagnosis of customer value is derived from the enterprise diagnosis value, value chain by building the enterprise diagnosis, analysis of the value of the diagnosis process and link of value; Introduced a concept of enterprise value, and points out that the enterprise diagnosis value will eventually be reflected in the value of whole enterprise; Enterprise diagnosis value of customer perception, and from three dimensions of time, money, internal and external analysis summarizes the perception characteristics of enterprise diagnosis.Second, analyzes the enterprise diagnosis perception elements of customer value and influencing factors. First customer value chain by building the enterprise diagnosis, this paper analyzes the enterprise diagnosis and perception elements of customer value perception of the link, including aware of external factors and internal factors; Through the analysis of enterprise diagnosis total customer value and total customer cost, build the enterprise diagnosis of customer delivered value model; By building enterprise diagnostic process of customer value perception model, summarized and explained the enterprise diagnosis of five aspects influence factors of customer value.Third, an extension of the diagnosis to the enterprise customer value are analyzed. Through building customer value quantitative model for virtual enterprise diagnosis, points out that the enterprise can through the clinical diagnostic value to the diagnosis to customer to final consumers, formed "the enterprise diagnosis of final consumer value"; Due to the effect of clinical enterprise decision-making diagnosis value delivery, lead to value may be cut off, put this phenomenon called "enterprise diagnosis final consumer value wall"; According to diagnosis the extent of the enterprise value transfer, enterprise diagnosis will eventually reach the consumer value of permeability of the wall block, half penetration and full penetration is divided into three types, and analyzes the three types, the diagnosis of corporate earnings paths.Fourth, put forward five thoughts and five specific methods to improve enterprise diagnosis of customer value.
