RF device as a mobile communication device sub-sectors, over the past three decades,along with the mobile telecommunications industry has been developing rapidly. JXcompany was founded in1997, is a supplier of infrastructure and wireless enhancementsolutions to mobile operators and enterprises to enhance and extend their wirelesscommunications networks. JX company began to enter the field of RF devices in2004, afterthe initial rapid development,RF devices sales reached300million in2008, but in recentyears the development bottleneck encountered, product gross margin are falling, within theRF device sales in the entire firm’s turnover ratio is shrinking. RF product line is facing therisk of "optimization" in JX Corporation, how to improve the operating performance of RFproduct line to become a priority.Firstly, a detailed survey of the development process and the operating status of theentire company and RF product line. And analyzes the external environment of the RFproduct line. From the point of view of their dilemmas, using Porter’s five forces model RFdevices in this industry is characterized by an in-depth analysis, using SWOT analysissummarizes the advantages and disadvantages of JX company’s RF devices.Based on theresearch of all the interests of man, the use of fish bone diagram analysis, qualitative analysisof the overall RF product line currently stalled reasons, as far as possible to identify allpossible factors. After selection, a detailed analysis of the problem of internal managementRF product line currently on the market from management, technology management,production management, human resources these four aspects, whether there are weaknesses,and give full play to their strengths? Whether the internal allocation of resources to runan efficient? Finally, after analyzing the root causes of the problem, put forwardcorresponding recommendations: accurate market positioning for RF products of JXcompany; adjust strategy product management, and development strategy of new products;and to adopt methods to improve production efficiency; implementation of human resources.To look forward to enhance the core competitiveness of the company RF devices of JXcompany, and expand sales.Through the research on the problems of RF products business, and for othercommunications equipment vendors how to select market segments, make product strategy, inthe homogenization technology, the increasingly competitive market environment, how toimprove their competitiveness with a certain reference. Meanwhile give advice and suggestions for the development of RF product line, to contribute to a stable and sustainabledevelopment of JX company.
