The corporate culture is the sum of the values that bring the enterprise features, business criteria, management style, enterprise spirit, ethics and development objectives that gradually formed in the market economy practice that recognized and complied by all the staff. Based in the Longhua new district of Shenzhen, QingLiu Reyan Electronics Company is a Japanese funded high-tech medium sized and small enterprises that affiliated to the QingLiu Group. Since the foundation in 2004, the corporate culture of QingLiu Reyan is influenced by the features of Japanese companies(focused on loyalty, strong implementation, achieving the management objectives by might), and the Chinese culture especially the Confucianism Thought as well. The culture intersection of two different countries pushes QingLiu Reyan to pay close attention on how to promote the Japanese culture and integrate the Chinese culture better to settle the culture differences of China and Japan and to promote the development of enterprise.The article chooses the culture diagnosis of QingLiu Reyan as the theme, analyzing the culture situation based on the relevant culture diagnosis theories and methods, discussing the existing corporate culture problems and proposing the solutions to the construction of corporate culture in order to promote the development of the company. According to the research, the culture system of the company is far from perfect and professional. To be specific, the material culture is not prominent; the behavioral culture is not standardized and spiritual culture is unspecific which cannot be recognized by all the staff. The ultimate reason is that management class of the company did not put enough emphasis on the culture system. Another core reason is that the objectives and planning of developing in China of foreign-funded companies are indefinite. Culture diagnosis will set the goals and indicate the direction and solutions of the development of corporate culture in favor of the corporate culture construction. For Qingliu Reyan Electronics Company, in order to achieve rapid growth, high efficiency and the coordinated development of economy, the corporate culture must be emphasized and deeply constructed.
