The culture intersection of two different countries pushes QingLiu Reyan to pay close attention on how to promote the Japanese culture and integrate the Chinese culture better to settle the culture differences of China and Japan and to promote the development of enterprise.The article chooses the culture diagnosis of QingLiu Reyan as the theme, analyzing the culture situation based on the relevant culture diagnosis theories and methods, discussing the existing corporate culture problems and proposing the solutions to the construction of corporate culture in order to promote the development of the company. According to the research, the culture system of the company is far from perfect and professional. To be specific, the material culture is not prominent; the behavioral culture is not standardized and spiritual culture is unspecific which cannot be recognized by all the staff.
