China-ASEAN Free Trade Area was formally established in2010, becoming the most populous and larger economic cooperation by developing countries. With a significant reduction of the tariff level between China and ASEAN countries, the trade between China and ASEAN countries constantly increase, stimulating the circulation of logistics, capital flow and information flow between China and ASEAN countries. The Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is the center region and ties of China exchanges to ASEAN countries, showing an important position in the development process of the Free Trade Area. But now the development of the logistics industry in the Beibu Gulf economic zone presents the characteristics of "small, scattered, chaotic", it cant meet the need of the development of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area-Therefore the development of logistics industry need the support of financial. In the integration process of logistics industry and financial sector, organizational support is a necessary precondition, the organization innovation of the logistics financial business is an urgent need for the development of the logistics industry in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.
