In recent years,China’s insurance industry has made rapid development,mainlyreflected in insurance resources continued development and utilization,the insurancemarket has been further explore and norms and the structure of the insurance productshas been a great improvement.Meanwhile, with the increase of the insurance industry onthe impact of economic progress and social development,the status of the insuranceindustry is also gradually improved.However, in today’s insurance industry is growing,the professional managers of the insurance industry is so important, the professionalmanagers of the insurance industry there is scarce, tomography,unevenphenomenon.These phenomena is a serious impediment to the realization of the strategyof the insurance company, which restricts the development of the insuranceindustry.Based on this,from the insurance company’s strategy to start,trying to build Theinsurance professional managers competency model,Analysis of the competency of theinsurance professional managers,Establish a match with the company’s strategicinsurance pay system of professional managers.In this paper,Through the study of the professional managers of China’sinsurance,asked the insurance professional managers competency-based pay systemconstruction methods and processes.In order to be able to resolve the insuranceprofessional managers pay system for our insurance companies to provide reference.Thethesis summarizes summarized the status of the research on the basis of,describes thecompetence and remuneration related theory,and focus on this particular group ofinsurance professional managers.Second, the combination of features and performanceof our insurance professional managers, the remuneration of the management of thestatus quo,Analysis of the need for competency-based insurance professional managerspay model.Finally, based on a sample survey research,combined with the researchachievements of scholars at home and abroad,as the basis for further insuranceprofessional managers competency evaluation system design.At the same time,find outthe effective way of remuneration linked competency,and then build a competency paysystem suitable for China’s insurance professional managers.
