In recent years,with the development of family enterprise,the owner of the enterprise is also aware of its own knowledge level and management ability is limited.He can't use the scientific management method to manage company,thus caused the family enterprise's development more and more difficult.Professional manager is produced under such a social background,but after the introduction of professional managers,how to implement effective incentive for professional managers,how to satisfying the demand of professional managers,achieve the long-term development of the enterprise is the important research topic in the theory and practice.In this paper,there are a large number of literature researches.Taking the DK family enterprise as an example,this paper studies the optimization of the incentive system of the professional managers of DK family enterprises.This paper consists of seven parts,the first part is the introduction,introduced the paper selected topic background and research meaning,thesis research object,method and train of thought,as well as the paper research difficulties and problems to be resolved;The second part is literature review at home and abroad,this paper introduces the related concepts,basic theory,and the family business and professional manager issues related to research both at home and abroad.The third p art introduces the developing situation of the enterprises,including enterprise development situation,the core of enterprise development bottleneck problem as well as the necessity and feasibility of professional managers incentive system optimization an alysis;The fourth part of the application of focus group interview method and questionnaire method to explore two-way demand of shareholders and professional managers,and then found by two-way demand analysis of the defects of the system of professional manager incentive;The fifth part introduces the DK family enterprise professional manager incentive system optimization scheme,respectively introduce the family business professional manager compensation optimization scheme and equity optimization scheme,and other incentives optimization;The sixth part is the DK family enterprise professional manager incentive system optimization of the safeguard measures and the expected effect;The seventh part is the conclusion part,this paper introduces the main conclusion of the study,the innovation points,the deficiencies and improvement methods and follow-up studies.In this paper,we use the methods of literature research,induction and deduction,technical route and so on to get a series of conclusions.But due to the limited level of the author,only the on-the-spot investigation to this enterprise,discusses the incentive system optimization scheme,but the proposed incentive system optimization scheme in reference is applied to similar enterprises,still need to adjust.Through the research on the optimization of the incentive system,I hope that the conclusions of this paper can provide reference for the DK family enterprises to adjust the system.It is hoped that the conclusions of this paper can be tested in practice,but also provide reference for other similar enterprises.
