This marks that the development situation of disordermanagement and lack of supervision in trekking tour will be ended up, and it willdevelop in the direction of specialization, organization and standardization by broughtinto the government planning system.Wuyuan is known as the most beautiful countryside in China, the last of theshangri-la, beautiful rural scenery and typical hui styled architecture has beengloriously merged, bringing out the best in each other, forming a harmoniousbeautiful scenery picture scroll, and building the artistic sense of idyllic countryside.but now vulgar development and management in traditional rural tourism of Wuyuanis gradually destroying the harmonious beautiful picture scroll. But in recent years,Rural trekking tour is popular in Wuyuan, especially the trekking destinations ofhongguan、guankeng, where is famous for Huirao trade route and the sea ofblossoming rape plants in spring and shicheng、changxi where is famous for Shichengroute and maple leaves in autumn are highly favored by trekking tourists. But in theprocess of tourism development, due to the particularity of rural environment andtreking tourists, villagers’ cultural level and the influence of traditional concepts, alsoproduced the villagers low participation levels, a variety of interests is difficult tobalance, continuing operation is lack of power, and many other problems.This paper makes full use of community participation theory, sustainabledevelopment theory, stakeholder theory and experience economic theory, integratingdisciplines such as anthropology, sociology, management, tourism economics, on thebasis of thorough investigation and research, combining the reality of Wuyuantourism development, making a comprehensive comparison of trekking destination’sdevelopment present situation in spring and autumn, analyzing the triple constraintsfactors in Wuyuan rural tourism development, summarizing three kinds ofdevelopment model of trekking tour destination in spring and autumn of Wuyuan, andthoroughly analyzing the effects and limitations of each mode, creatively constructingfour in one mode of rural trekking tour development: Village group tourist servicecenter+community elite+villagers+club.
